The Central Christian Church in Lexington, Kentucky, is a historic church at 207 E. Short Street, and an active congregation of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).

The church building opened in 1894, and was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 1979.

The stone portion of the church was built during 1893 to 1894; brick portions were added in 1952. It is notable as "the major surviving Richardsonian Romanesque structure in Lexington"; it was designed by architects Edwin W. and Frank L. Smith.
