The Durham House is a historic house on Ball Park Road in Goshen, New Hampshire. This 1-1/2 story Cape style house was built c. 1860, probably by John Chandler, a noted local builder of plank-frame houses. The house is noted for this unusual construction method (one of a cluster in the town), and for the fine Greek Revival styling of its entry.

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985.
