The John Richardson Homestead is a historic house on Hancock Road in Dublin, New Hampshire. The 2-1/2 story wood frame house was built c. 1798 John Richardson, whose brother Abijah built his house further down the road on the same lot. The house is basically Federal in massing, five bays wide and two deep, but it was updated later with Greek Revival features, including corner pilasters and a center entry framed by sidelight windows.

The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
