National Lyceum (Liceu Nacional) is a lyceum located at Avenida Marginal 12 Julho in the subdivision of Ponta Mina, São Tomé, São Tomé and Príncipe. One of the oldest secondary schools in the nation and is also one of the leading educational institutions in this small African island nation. It currently has an estimate of 6,000 students. It is also a building of Heritage of Portuguese Influence.

The students of the university are known to participate in World Meteorological Day.
